On August, 7, 2012, Governor Bob McDonnell, elected officials, transportation leaders and dignitaries broke ground to begin construction of the 95 Express Lanes.
Officials break ground on the 95 Express Lanes project which will bring new choices, faster travel and better carpooling to I-95.
